This one-day practical workshop will help develop and sharpen your understanding of the key role the Product Owner plays within the Agile Framework. The workshop has been designed to support you in the journey to becoming a great Product Owner that people can depend upon.

This interactive session will set the core aspects of Agile, from understanding  Scrum to how to express the core requirements (Users Stories). During the event you will learn how to manage a product backlogs and learn how to drive for value in your products. You’ll also laugh a lot and enjoy the atmosphere of a high energy session with life long learners.

This course provides students with core and critical knowledge of Agile Scrum from a Product Owner’s perspective including the artefacts required to be successful.
