With so many challenges coming our way daily, it is important to understand the core needs and methods to build great emotional resiliency.  This workshop is simple, direct and allows the user to reflect in a professional and highly personal way how they can equip themselves and others with greater emotional strength. This is about building better workspaces for all.

This two hour online workshop will provide each participant with the necessary tools to manage themselves use sensible coping skills and easily identifying when they’re no longer operating in a mentally safe environment or state. We will show three simple, yet powerful approaches, to diagnosing a situation, understanding your own response and plan for a better future emotionally.

Emotional durability is a core requirement of leadership in our complex world. We must first properly understand ourselves and accept we need to know this before we can lead and support others well. Without a level of emotional intelligence we will struggle to create a productive and safe working environment. This session tackles the core of emotional self management and harnessing our insight to lead others.
